Economic Prosperity in the Millennial Kingdom

WHEAT FIELDS

There are numerous factors that will contribute to economic prosperity over the entire world in the millennium. First of all, because of the lifting of the curse on the earth and the restored vapor canopy, crops and gardens will flourish. Thus when seeds are planted God will bring plenty of rain to water the seeds, weeds will not choke out the plants, the increased light of the sun will bring new benefits, and the soil will be rich and fertile.

Secondly, because there will be no more war and because God will rule over the earth with an iron fist, all lands will be relatively free of invaders. Thus all good people will be free to enjoy the fruit of their labors.

Also, because of the knowledge of God and the Spirit of God over the earth, people will learn how to be prosperous. The Lord Jesus will teach everyone the most prosperous methods of agriculture, manufacturing, and industry. And His disciples under Him will also teach and counsel all that are willing to learn.  Economic prosperity will be especially evident in Israel. This land and its people will be the shining examples for all to see and learn from.  (References used: Isa. 4:5-6; 30:22-26; 35:1-2; 62:8-9; 65:21-23; Jer. 31:5; Ezek. 34:22-27; 36:28-31; 48:18-19; Mic. 4:1-4; Joel 2:21-27; Amos 9:13-15; Zech. 8:11-13.)
