Most conservatives, and a few others have labeled ISIS as Islamic extremists or radical Islamic terrorists. Some, however, won’t say the words “radical Islamic terrorist” out of respect for Islam and the Muslim people. They would probably hold to the notion that Islam is a religion of peace; hence, they would say that we ought not to tie ISIS—a group of thugs!—to this peaceful religion.
Well, I have a different slant on this discussion. I do tie ISIS to Islam, but I do not say that they are radical or extremists. I would rather say that they are Islamic fundamentalists. Why? Because it seems to me that they are following in the way of Muhammed and that they are following the Koran more literally—as any faithful Muslim should.
Now if you are shocked or outraged by what I am saying, let me explain further: I think that faithful, fundamental Muslims (like ISIS) are deceived and are headed down an evil road, a road leading to hell! I say this because the founder of Islam, Muhammad was possessed by demons (or Satan himself) when he wrote the Koran, thus the entire religion is evil. Therefore, anyone who faithfully follows that religion, the religion of Islam, is going down that evil path leading to hell.
I am not the only one who thinks this way. Listen to what Dave Hunt wrote in his book, A Cup of Trembling:
The terrorists are not radicals or extremists, as the media continually labels them. Instead, these are Islamic fundamentalists who are true to their religion and the teachings of the Koran and who follow faithfully in the footsteps of their great Prophet, Muhammad. As a former Muslim and Islamic scholar has said,
We must never imagine that such Muslims are being unnecessarily wicked. They are simply being faithful to their religion. The fact is never hidden as to the attitude a good Muslim should have towards Christians and Jews. In fact, much of the incitement to violence and war in the whole of the Quran is directed against the Jews and Christian who rejected what they felt to be the strange god Mohammed was trying to preach. (G.J.O. Moshay, Who is Allah? p. 24)
To Muslims who reject ISIS and all terrorism:
If you say you are a peaceful person, and you want peace in the world, I encourage you to take a serious look at the Koran and your Prophet Muhammad. Then ask yourself this question, “Can I be loyal and faithful to Islam?” If you can’t, then I suggest getting out of Islam instead of trying to compromise or turn into a moderate or liberal Muslim—or even a Chrislamist. That to me is being a hypocritical Muslim or a fake Muslim.
Please, just leave Islam and follow the true God of the Bible. I know that will be hard, but it is God’s will. My prayers are with you that you will hear God’s call and follow Him to true peace and love.
